Morgans Professional Legal Services is a paralegal firm that focuses on employment law, Landlord and Tenant law, Personal Injury Law and Human Rights law, as well as all matters that pertain to civil litgation in the Small Claims Court. We are well versed in many types of legal matters and are very resilent when we represent our clients.

Our firm at the moment is still growing and we can outsource work to any lawyers and paralegals that are partnered with the firm, specifically legal professionals that work with us in tandem through their own firms. Markus Morgan is the founder of Morgans Professional Legal Services, who runs the business with his family members, and is a passionate legal professional that puts the client first; no matter if it that means working outside of operational hours to ensure that a client’s case is handled appropriately.
A workload that is tailored to the client’s budget and does not impose financial hardship. Markus Morgan, at the moment, serves as the prinicipal paralegal at Morgans Professional Legal Services and has a vast amount of knowledge that pertains to legal, investigative, social justice, employment, and business matters.
As a legal practitioner, Markus has spent most of his legal career working on Employment Law, Entertainment Law, Personal Injury Law, Landlord & Tenant Law, and Human Rights Law; and has a high track record of finding ways to ensure the clients he represents receive what they truly deserve.

Alireza Behnejad is a highly skilled legal professional, who is a business partner at the firm, and operates in a leadership capacity whenever the firm encounters challenging cases. From the start of Alireza’s career at Morgans Professional Legal Services, Alireza has always shown a passion to address all of the clients' concerns.
Alireza has also recently passed his paralegal examination and is now a licensed paralegal awaiting his license number from the Law Society of Ontario.
This has made Alireza a devote legal professional with a great deal of knowledge when it comes to framing a client's story and zoning in on peritinent details. At this point in Alirez’s legal career, he has come in to his own and has learned what it takes to be an adovocate that puts the client's interests first.
Alireza is highly skilled at drafting documents, advocating before legal forums, and communicating details for a client's case. This has made Alireza invalueable to the firms's growth, as well as to the client's desire for optimal results.
