This type of application deals with rental arrears. This requires proof of non-payment.  If an eviction is being pursued, the tenants expenses with their income will be factored in to consider the tenant’s ability to afford the current rental amount and, if expenses outweigh income, than the eviction will be granted, unless the tenant can argue other relevant factors.
